This 9” closed terrarium is a self-sustaining world of tropical wonder. Handcrafted with layers of moss, soil, and exotic greenery, it creates its own humid environment — meaning almost no maintenance, just beauty. Every jar is one-of-a-kind and made to bring peace, presence, and a bit of nature into your space.
Care Instructions:
Place in bright, indirect light. Do not open unless condensation fully covers the glass for days. Watering is rarely needed (maybe once every few months). If the plants look dry or the moss fades, add a few teaspoons of water and reseal. Think of it as a living snow globe — low-touch, high-magic.
Shipping
We ship within the continental United States only. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Live plants ship early in the week so they aren't sitting in a truck over the weekend.
Plants arrive in plain packaging with a generic packing slip.
Cold weather shipping: when daytime temperatures along the route drop below 45°F, orders ship with insulated protection and a heat pack. [Adjust this line once you decide how you're handling the cost.]
Need to change your address? Email us within 24 hours of ordering. After that, we can't reroute a package, and orders returned to the greenhouse for a bad address aren't refundable.
Returns & refunds
Live plants are perishable, so we don't accept returns on them. What we do guarantee is that your plant arrives healthy.
If it arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the plant and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund the damaged items.
Carrier delays and packages lost in transit fall outside this guarantee. Reach out anyway and we'll help you chase it down.
Unopened kits, tools, and supplies can be returned within 14 days in original condition.
Live plant guarantee
Your plant is grown in a greenhouse and shipped straight to you, so it arrives fresh rather than after sitting in a warehouse.
Some travel stress is normal. A little wilting or a yellow leaf usually sorts itself out within a week of settling in. If something looks worse than that, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll take care of it.
