Supplies-Only Option
Already have your own vessel?
If your group already has glass containers β from a previous workshop, a collection, or a venue β we can bring just the supplies. Same guided experience, without the cost of the vessel.
We'll bring everything except the glass β all the soil, plants, drainage material, moss, pebbles, figurines, and dΓ©cor. You provide the containers, we provide the rest. Pricing is adjusted to reflect the vessel not being included. Contact us with your container size and style so we can make sure everything is the right fit.

We currently serve Hampton Roads, VA and Upstate New York β and we're expanding along the East Coast. Here's what to know about travel.

Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Suffolk, Portsmouth & Williamsburg. No travel fee within the greater Hampton Roads area.

Upstate New York
Capital Region, Central NY & Hudson Valley β Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls & surrounding areas. No travel fee within the Upstate NY service area.

Outside our service area?
We do travel beyond our primary regions for the right event. If you're outside our standard area, reach out anyway β a travel fee may apply depending on distance, and we'll include that in your custom quote. We never surprise you with extra costs after the fact.

How does pricing work?
Pricing is per person and depends on your workshop style, group size, and location. We provide custom quotes for every event β there's no one-size-fits-all rate because every group is different. Reach out with your details and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes β we require a deposit to hold your date. The deposit amount and payment terms will be outlined in your quote. We'll walk you through everything when we confirm your booking.
What's the minimum group size?
We require a minimum of 10 guests for private event bookings. Our maximum is typically 50 guests depending on venue setup, but reach out if your group is larger and we'll see what we can do.
Can we mix workshop styles for one event?
Generally we recommend keeping one workshop style per event β it keeps the instruction clear and the materials consistent. That said, reach out and let's talk. Depending on your group size we may be able to accommodate some flexibility.
What space do you need at our venue?
Each guest needs a workspace roughly the size of a standard placemat β about 12" x 18". A dining table, folding tables, or a long countertop all work great. We'll confirm the exact setup requirements when we finalize your booking.
