Fall Succulent Terrarium Workshop | Buskey Cider, Scott's Addition, Richmond VA
Ninety minutes, your hands in the dirt, and a terrarium you built yourself. Everything is provided, all ages are welcome, and it comes home with you that night.
What you'll build
Sometimes you just need to make something. Not scroll, not watch, not plan. Pick out some plants you like and build a little thing that's alive and yours.
You'll build a succulent terrarium in a 7" glass lily bowl. Wide and open with a flared rim, so it sits low and everything inside shows from every angle. Fill it with succulents in warm fall tones, then moss, stone, and seasonal details. No two leave the same.

Good to know
All ages are welcome. Kids build right alongside you, and the whole thing is designed for beginners. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Buskey was Scott's Addition's first cidery, pressing 100% Virginia apples with no added sugar in an old train car loading building right next to the production tanks. Food and drinks are available for purchase, and the whole neighborhood is walkable after.
Come solo, come with your crew, bring the kids. If you've killed every plant you've ever owned, you're in the right room.
Seating is limited and we cap every workshop so everyone gets real one-on-one time.

Each workshop includes your vessel, plants, and all supplies needed to create your project, plus step-by-step instructions. No experience needed.
Booking info
Reserve your spot online, then check in by name when you arrive. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time, and keep in mind that some venues only offer street parking.
Important info
Please arrive on time so you can settle in before we begin. Kids under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. You must be 21 years old or older to drink alcohol.
Cancellation policy
We understand plans change. Cancellations made within 48 hours can receive a credit. No refunds. No credits for no-shows.
